Ghanaian/Nollywood well-known actress, Juliet Ibrahim who was in the highlights for past few weeks for opening up about her personal life is under major backlash for the lies that she told by mixing them with some of the realities. Yes! You heard it right, all the sympathies that Juliet had gathered are tiring apart after people are learning about the realities of her allegations.
It all started when Juliet Ibrahim went to Nigeria almost a year ago to do some films and then she stayed there for a while. In the meantime, Ghanaians were quite furious about her behavior of choosing Nigeria over Ghana and cherry on the top she started a secret relationship with a Nigerian rapper, Iceberg Slim. When she revealed her secret relationship, Ghanaians got more furious. However, things took major dramatic turns when Juliet broke up with her boyfriend and planned to come back.
For gaining her lost respect back, Juliet played the card by releasing her much-hyped book ‘A Toast to Life’ which is all about how she coped up with her life’s sufferings. She was also interviewed by various radio/TV channels in which she talked about her book in detail. She revealed a lot about her personal life including how she first met her ex-boyfriend and how he cheated on her by sleeping with his current wife. Juliet successfully got massive hype through the interviews and her book. However, according to the news by Ghana news today latest, it seems like her times are turning as people are calling out her lies.
The ex-husband of Juliet, Kwadwo Safo Jnr has called out her lie of how she met him for the first time. According to Juliet, she and Kwado met at a strip club for the very first time however on the other hand; Kwadwo said it’s a lie as they met through a friend. Moreover, he also said that Juliet has brought shame to their son by revealing too much. He also expressed the fact that he doesn’t have time to call out all of Juliet’s lies as he is too busy building cars.
Kwadwo said “I’m building cars, I’m building solar fans, I’m building windmills, I am bigger than that. Yes, I cannot spend my time thinking about her…I have a child with her. There’s no need for me to go back and forth with her in the media. Imagine my son is nine years now. He’s able to read the news; he’s able to go online…I don’t want people to point fingers saying that’s Juliet and Koo Sarfo’s son.”
He also talked about his business in detail by saying, “Plus if I grant any interview about it, I’m not going to get paid for it. I’m building cars if I lose focus and my company goes into the drain…I can’t lose focus. I have a competition, I have VW coming into the country, Toyota coming into the country, and I need to think about that.”
