The first gentleman of the land, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo clarified that under his rule there is no room for mismanagement. He highlighted how poorly past governors handled Ghana. Further he promised that Ghanaians will not experience the same thing.

He bragged about the latest achievement that Ghana is the second country to establish a Fiscal Council. The Republic of Mauritius was first to establish it. The special counsel is led by the former Governor of the Bank of Ghana and a former Vice President of the IMF.
