Ibrahim Tanko, the Black Meteors head coach, named his final squad for the U-23 AFCON tournament to be held in Egypt this month.
The team consists of a total of 21 players. Their target is to get one of the three tickets for Ghana. These placed are fixed for three teams to go to Africa for the 2020 Olympic Games football tournament.
Coach Ibrahim Tanko included players in the team. These are like the ex-Inter Allies forward, Ropapa Mensah, Yaw Yeboah and Kwabena Owusu.
Some other players have been included in the team for this tournament. The list includes Evans Mensah, Simon Zibo, Emmanuel Lomotey and Kingsley Fobi.

Group A consists of Ghana in addition to Cameroon, Egypt and Mali.
The tournament is scheduled to be from November 8 till 22 November 2019.
