President Donald Trump has described the deadly Syria offensive by Turkish forces on Kurds as children fight to which you let them fight initially and afterward pull them apart. Turkey has finally agreed to a ceasefire and suspends its operation in northern Syria with Kurdish fighters amid successful talks between Turkish President and US officials.

However, some sources reported that fight still continued on Friday despite ceasefire but President Recep Tayyip Erdogan dismissed these reports. US Vice President, Mike Pence and President Tayyip Erdogan have talked on the burning issue in Ankara.
Turkey has suspended all military operations for 5 days after the US assured to help in the pullout of Kurdish-led troops from Turkey claimed safe zone. According to Commander Mazloum Kobani, Kurdish-led forces will observe the deal in Ras al-Ayin and Tal Abyad area. At least 72 civilians have died and almost 300,000 displaced in the last 8 days during the Turkish offensive on Syria.
Mr. Erdogan ordered Turkish forces to enter in the Syrian border area after US forces emptied the border region. The main aim behind the Turkish incursion was to push Kurdish militants from the border to make it safe zone to shift two million Syrian refugees back to Syria.
Apart from alienating the US allies Kurds, Mr. Trump widely criticized by Republican allies for pulling US troops to ease Turkey’s invasion. A letter from President Trump to Mr. Erdogan also came into the scene earlier which urged the Turkish leader to not become a fool. Syrian-Kurdish fighters have started departing the area but Turkish forces will stay to confirm that they actually leave.
