Bulgarian police have pinpointed and identified some 15 fans, allegedly involved in racial abuse. The identified Bulgarian fans bullied and targeted black English football players.
A few arrests of the alleged culprits have been made too and the operation is underway.
England outplayed Bulgaria by 6-0 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The abuses and racially motivated screams halted the play twice in the first half.

Bulgarian ministry of interior has condemned the incident and have added that such incidents are intolerable.
Borislav, the Bulgarian football chief resigned from the office on Tuesday. Bulgarian football manager has said that he didn’t hear any racial abuses from the crowd. He was one of the strong critic of racism in English football.
Racism on football field is not a new thing. This has been happening in the past, and has become a common phenomenon.
When fans don’t find any answers to poor show by the home team, they start cursing and abusing home and away players, to overcome their anxiety and frustration.
