The Bimbilla police captured two people for disturbing the governmental process, Ghana Card registration. The incidence occurred at Chamba in the Nanumba North Municipality of the Northern Region.
ASP Evans Vorvor, the District Police Commander stated that National Identification Authority officials identified two people for creating trouble.
“In the process, [one of the suspects] said if they joke, he will cause a commotion and before he left, he promised them that they will not sit there till the end of the day. Not long after he left, the bees [from a nearby baobab tree] came. Until you disturb them [the bees], they wouldn’t disturb you. We suspect he went and used a catapult and hit them. So because he passed that comment, he was the prime suspect.”
The chief officer later announced that soon suspects will be released because no solid evidence is still found.
