President Donald Trump has made a suggestion that shooting in the legs can help to prevent the influx of migrants on the border with Mexico. New York Times journalists revealed these facts about Mr. Trump’s who emphasis on using violent techniques to curb migrant arrival.
The extreme measures such as the creation of an electrified wall on the border and an alligator-infested moat could also work. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump has described the accusations as fake news and wrote on Twitter that though he always remained concerned about border security but never talked about it in that brutal way. The making of the border wall is one of the main goals of the US president. Pentagon has reserved a $3.6bn military fund for the development of wall construction which has now started.
Michael Shear and Julie Davis are the authors of the alleged book. New York Times has printed the alleged facts revelation book which dubbed as ‘Border Wars: Inside Trump’s Assault on Immigration’. Both journalists claimed that they wrote the facts after interviewing with up to a dozen anonymous officials to get the material. It highlighted the week in March 2019 when the US president makes efforts to stop refugees from entering the US. At that time, the president suggested leg shooting but some officials described the move as illegal. The book also notified that Mr. Donald Trump also recommended to fortifying the border through the depression filled with water, snakes, and alligators. He also expressed the desired of making an electrified wall that could pierce migrants flesh.
