Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called it wrong to blame Tehran for September 14 attacks on Saudis oil facilities.
The US, Saudi Arabia, and some European countries are continuously insisting the Iranian involvement in the twin attacks that has halved the world’s crude oil production. Yemen’s Houthi rebels, meanwhile, accepted the responsibility of twin attacks. However, the world powers are still blaming Iran which is not right.
Iran separated itself from the hot words exchange but also warned that it has the preparation of a full-fledged war. Erdogan said that we should not place all the Burdon of attacks on Iran. The evidence didn’t point out towards complete Iranian involvement.
The attack on Aramco’s Abqaiq and Khurais plants knocked out around 5% of global oil supply closing 5.7 million barrels of production in a day. Iran and the US tensions rise after Washington separated from an international accord and further reinstated sanctions on Tehran. The devastating sanctions have also crippled the Iranian economy. Tayyip Erdogan told that sanctions solved nothing and Turkey is not doing anything to help Iran against sanctions.
