Yesterday was the day when Xiaomi put the veils off Mi 9 Pro and Mi Mix Alpha smartphones. Together with this, the company also declared to present MIUI 11, the latest version of its custom Android skin.
The entire list of 40+ devices was shared by Xiaomi that is supposed to receive the MIUI 11. The list did not include Pocophone F1 – which the people of India know by the name Poco F1.
The people were very confused on this announcement. In order to clear the mess, Head of Pocophone Global, Alvin Tse gave comments on Twitter. He disclosed that that the list shared by Xiaomi just tells about those smartphones that the Chinese market sells. As Pocophone F1 is not sold in China, therefore, it was not included in that list. The people need not worry as it will still receive the MIUI 11 update.
The Chinese smartphones will start getting this latest update from mid-October. Tse added that the international rollout will commence soon after that but not a very long wait.
