Shalwar Kamiz is the national dress of Pakistan. Each and every individual prefers wearing lose long shirt and trouser during religious festivals such as Eid and Ramzan.
The dress looks simple apparently but is crafted with a lot of Jewel and embroidery work, which opens up the sphere for innovation.

Kurtas are loose shirts, one of the many innovations in local dress. It is made of cotton, wool or Chiffon most of the times. Colorful designs and embroidery work magnifies the class and quality of the stuff. The Kurta is worn over Jeans or lose trousers.
The village and urban people share a common tradition. Long gowns resembling overcoats add spice and flavor when worn over Kurta and shalwar. A well-established turban beaded with all the major and minor jewelry personifies marriage. This fashion blend is peculiar to males.
Females wear ‘Lehenga’, it is a two-piece cloth, which is fancy and heavily embroidered and broiled and layered with beads, pearls and various designs.
Pants, shirts and western fashion wear are common amongst the urban class and people aren’t weary of opting for anything unconventional.
