Newcastle has signed a Swedish right-back in Emil Krafth for an amount nearing five million pound sterling for a period of four years. Emil Krafth was the man whose brilliant performance helped Sweden cruise to the semifinal of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Emil Krafth earlier played for Amiens as a part of the permanent deal before playing a season on loan. Krafth follows suit of Joelinton, Jetro Willems and Allan Saint-Maximin to become a part of Newcastle this summer.

The 25-year-old expressed joy over his selection and inclusion in the Newcastle premier league team and said that it’s always a joy to be on the front to become the premium choice of a premier league team.
He further added that he knows the value and the vastness of Newcastle club, thus I am very happy to sign here and to be a part of the bigger picture.
“It’s a big moment in my career to lean forward. The plans Newcastle had for me, I felt like they befitted me perfectly, so that was why I have become a part of the club”.
Krafth played for Sweden in the 2018 FIFA World cup, and the right-back for Sweden, lead his team into the semifinals of the biggest football event.
