At least 20 people reportedly died and more than 26 hurt in a tragic mass shooting incident at a Walmart store in El Paso city of Texas.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott called the tragedy ‘8th deadly event in the country’s history. The shooting takes place near the Cielo Vista Mall near US-Mexican border. Police has arrested a 21-year-old Dallas resident, Patrick Crusius on suspicion of attack. CCTV recording showed the presence of a person in dark T-shirt along with an assault-style rifle.
US President Donald Trump condemned the mass shooting in Texas by saying it a cowardice and hateful act. He also dismisses the chances of reasons and excuses to kill innocent humans. Mexican President Manuel Lopez Obrador confirmed that three Mexico nationals also died in the attack.
It is the second incident of its kind in less than a week. Earlier, a teenage gunman shoots three people to death in a food festival in California. Texas Governor expressed condolences to the families of victims and stressed on the need for unity to fight to stop these kinds of terror attacks.
Police Chief Greg Allen detailed that they reached the scene within six minutes after receiving the calls about an active shooter at around 16:39 GMT. At that time, shoppers were there in Walmart for purchasing back-to-school supplies. Walmart shocked over the tragedy and is also cooperating with law enforcement.
