Andre Dede Ayew, a Ghanaian international player is not going to play Swansea City’s opening match in the English Championship. His club has taken a decision to him a week for resting. The player has had a game in AFCON 2019 and now he is in his country and taking rest.
Due to the worst performance in AFCON2019, the team was knocked out and they came back to their home. They played the last game against Tunisia and failed badly. They were trained well by the coach and had good hopes to win the trophy.
But, they could not win the match to end up the 37 year’s drought of the trophy in Ghana.
He will return to the club after his rest. Now he has another week to stay at home and spend time with his family. He has already missed the pre-season of training.
Due to his exit from the national team, he has given a couple of weeks to rest and then come back. After his rest, he will come back to join the club. But he will miss the opening match in English Championship. Swansea City will play against Hull City. Both are eager to win the game. Let’s see who is going to embellish the crown of victory.
The match will be at the Liberty Stadium on 3rd August 2019.
Best of luck to both teams!
