Rebels of Houthi movement targeted a military parade with missiles & armed drone in Yemen as a result 32 people reportedly died. The military parade was continued in Aden when the assault occurred. The rebels consider it a part of the preparation for a new attack on Houthi-held area.
However, the government confirmed that the graduation ceremony arranged to honor the newly hired soldiers. A senior commander reportedly died in the assault. The dead bodies found scattered on the ground and more than dozens of people also injured.
A suicide bombing earlier on Thursday in Aden also left three officers of police dead. Yemen conflict intensified in 2015 after Houthi rebels have taken most part of the western side into their custody. They also forced President Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi to leave the country.
Saudi Arabia along with other eight states started a movement to crush the movement, allegedly supported by Shia Muslim of Iran, to restore Hadi’s government.
