President Hassan Rouhani has suggested that Iran is ready for negotiations and appropriate response to the Gulf seized tankers conflict on a condition if the United Kingdom will move away from wrong deeds.

Rouhani further insisted that with negotiations proposal for seized tankers, he never mean surrender. If the UK will be willing to release Iranian tanker detained in Gibraltar then, Iran will also send the seized British tanker back.
British marines captured Grace-1 supertanker by Iran in Gibraltar for shipping oil to a Syrian oil refinery which came under EU sanctions. Iran took two weeks to hit back on the UK move by seizing British-flagged Stena Impero. Tehran held the UK-flagged ship and its crew for violating international law.
Meanwhile, Tehran and Baghdad are working on the methods of how to extend a trading waiver from the United States. The waiver, which allows Baghdad to import the Iranian goods, is also going to end soon. Moreover, Iraqi traders want to continue trade with Iran as it cost them cheaper than others.
