There are three main causes of obesity: genetics, malnutrition, and stress.
Obesity has to do with genes and inheritance. It can be an ancestral problem which is transmitted to the next generation courtesy of genetic transmission in the next generations.
Junk and high-calorie food results in obesity. Food with less nutrition value such as inorganic food causes obesity.
Mental stress, strains, depression, and anxieties are closely associated with the accumulation of body fat. Binge eating to triggers obesity. Binge eating is uncontrolled eating which is common in situations of sheer mental frustration.

An individual with too much fat on his body may be reluctant of whether to go for a medical checkup or not, or whether it is pertinent to give the physical weight ‘so much weight’.
