First, the specs of Xiaomi Redmi 7A were announced and then its availability and pricing info came out. To start with, the phone just came out in China, but afterwards, the retailers in Slovakia and Czechia started to list it on their sites.

The Redmi 7A is coming with a Snapdragon 439 chipset and two storage options, 32 GB and 16 GB and the Redmi 7 family it is coming out as the most affordable phone. One of its cameras is present in the top bezel on the front and the other one is on the back.
The main thing is its big 4,000 mAh battery and no fingerprint scanners are there.
€100 is supposed to be the approximate price tag of the Redmi 7A. The company has not yet disclosed any official launch date for the European market, but it is supposed to come out in July.
