A row between a passenger and driver lead to a bus crash in West Java, Indonesia wherein at least 12 people reportedly died.
While in a quarrel with the bus driver, the passenger tried to get control of the bus by grabbing the steering wheel. The conflict deviates the vehicle to oncoming traffic route where it hit two cars and a lorry. More than 40 people also sustained various degrees of injuries.
Police has started the investigations over the crash and requested information regarding the incident. A police spokesperson told that bus gets out of control which caused the crash. It happened after a passenger tried to take hold of the steering wheel. The driver was also killed in the crash while the responsible passenger is among those injured.
Road accidents frequently occurred in Indonesia. Earlier, 25 people lost their lives in February 2018 bus accident and 10 more died in July’s bus and lorry collision in Bali.
