We are living in a world where everyone seems in a hurry. Most of us are losing patience and control over our minds. We can keep ourselves in a healthier and safer mode, if we follow and practice some very simple things.
We are over-burdening our mind and thoughts most of the time. An individual want to reach the top of the tree in terms of power and authority. Setting smaller set of goals shall relieve our minds of all undue pressures. Our mind needs peace and comfort. And we need to set certain limits and not press ourselves hard in lust of power and wealth.
A self-centered approach won’t yield tangible results. Relationships do matter. We need to find time for our loved ones.
In modern day world, we cannot live in isolation. Humanity comes first, and we need to contribute positively to heal the scars of people in pain.
God and eternal peace
Religion helps us in recognizing God. We need to follow and practice religion in order to strengthen our relation with the Almighty, the Divine.
Discrimination and racism must be condemned. All souls have descended from the very same origin, from the divine. All sentiments culminating into hatred for a specific ethnic or religious group must be condemned.
We need to find time for ourselves. Our mental and physical stature works well in tandem. All the gifts of nature must be taken care of.
World is fast splitting into various faction. Intolerance is one very big reason for highly polarized world.
Formal education is important as it helps us in seeking jobs. Knowledge is power and we must try to gain knowledge all the times.
We must be able to bear the brunt of all the atrocities and pains with a big heart and with a big smile on our face. Exchange of smile and laughter is a natural therapy against all inhuman approaches.
