The 3rd time National Women’s League Champions scored 1st in the tenth minute but ref Joyce Appiah whistled for offside.
Ampem Darkoa handed themselves a massive gain when they took a 2-0 lead courtesy scored from Ophelia Amponsah and Mavis Owusu but the Takoradi-based team, who had suffered 2 straight losses to the Techiman-based team in the final of the National Women’s League, improved to plainly snatch the title away with scored from Evelyn Badu, Milot Abena Pokuaa before skipper Perpetual Agyekum clinched it with a penalty on the eighty minute.
This final was too close to call as both sides had awed in the contest, Ampem Darkoa getting this far without lose a game while Hasaacas improved from a slumpy begin to reach the final.
