Xiaomi presents one further teaser video of the foldable concept device that was displayed for the first time in January.
At this time, the Chinese company Xiaomi posted a video, in which they displayed the device working in tablet mode and when it was folded, it came out as being in the regular phone mode in order to demonstrate the way it is able to be tucked up and put it away anywhere.
As per Xiaomi, a device is in the development stages — an earlier video had contained a call-out for feedback and ideas — therefore the project is less developed as compared to the soon-to-launch products from a lesser-known Chinese brand Royole, Huawei or Samsung.
Very differently from those three phones, Xiaomi’s is going to present a couple of foldable edges rather than only a single one. That is supposed to appear to offer a much tougher challenge regarding its logistics and design, but the latest teaser (undoubtedly Xiaomi chose it with much care) appears to display some very extraordinary results. Talking about its software and hardware, the phone is folding rather nicely, but you are supposed to think that those edges are going to seem to be thicker as compared to the rest of them.
At this time it is not told by Xiaomi that what this product is going to come out or if it is going to become a reality or not. The Chinese firm, Xiaomi is always concerned about the price, so you can wait to know that it is going to give a price tag to any foldable phone it presents much lower as compared to the $2,000 or so that Huawei and Samsung get to ask about their gen-one efforts.
