According to a new study, eating handful of nuts per day boosts brain function. Especially, when brain slower its functioning and memory loss in old age.
University of South Australia conducted a study according to that eating nuts help increase brain function. The Journal of Nutrition, Health and Ageing published a study according to that eating more than 10 grams of nuts a day improves thinking, memory and reasoning.
Cognitive function of the old age can be improved by 60 percent who eat nuts as compared to those who don’t. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) studies, old age people who take care of their health and take sufficient amount of nuts are less affected by dementia. Because there are very strong risks of cognitive disease. Nuts include almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, pistachios and hazel nuts.
