This issue of the cedi devaluation is as of late making Ghanaians upset. It has inspired a few mainstream identities to impart their insights on how the government can continue the cedi devaluation against the dollar.
One of the noted personalities to add his voice to the Cedi-Dollar crisis is Ghanaian satirist, Kwaku Sintim-Misa, otherwise called KSM.
The cedi has been devaluated to a large extent as compared to the dollar in the past few months.
The comedian posted on Twitter his view on how best the Government can fix the cedi devaluation issue.
As indicated by KSM, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams ought to be considered in charge of the country’s currency issues.
He made a reference to an expression by the Archbishop that the prayer id the only way to make the cedi stable. He has expressed this thought to humor the audience.
The Ghanaian comedian has approached Ghanaians to call the Archbishop to fix the issue with prayers. KSM has expressed that now there is no other way left.
He tweeted, “I am a bit surprised that Ghanaians are upset with the Cedi depreciation. Let’s call Bishop Duncan Williams. He assured us we can fix the problem with prayers right? Let’s all go on our knees and pray.”
