A lot of Chinese companies have been seen spinning off of their own brands into sub-brands, and vivo has finally made the decision to get into the list. On March 1, the company is going to present its very first iQOO smartphone and by this time we know the specs of the phone.
The Weibo account of the company displayed the initial teaser of the phone, disclosing the back panel in Red and Blue (it also may be Orange), together with the already supposed three-cam setup.
Now we know what to expect on Friday, the vivo V1824BA and vivo V1824A listings tell that, a tall screen featuring Full HD+ resolution and 6.41” AMOLED panel. It was already assured that the chipset is going to be Snapdragon 855 and three RAM options are supposed to be offered – 6 GB, 8 GB, or 12 GB. The first RAM option is supposed to come with just 128 GB storage, whereas the 256 GB option is only reserved for the 8/12 GB variant.
The triple camera setup present at its backside of vivo iQOO is supposed to be here having a 13 MP + 12 MP + 2 MP setup, the last one is perhaps going to be a depth sensor. We still have to find this out whether a notch is to be featured, either inside the screen or having an elevating mechanism. The front one is just having one shooter – 12 MP. It is to feature a 3,920 mAh battery, and all because of the earlier teasers, this thing is disclosed that it is going to come with 44W fast-charging capabilities.
