An apartment block collapsed in the formerly rebel-held area in Aleppo city leaving at least 11 people including four children dead.
The war-damaged block lies in a formerly rebel-held area of Aleppo.
Only a child survived from the collapsed war-damaged building in Salaheddin which received bombing by Syria and Russia before recaptured.
Residents have started living in remnants across Syria while some rebuilding also going on. Meanwhile, the government has focused to build up basic infrastructure first.
Many buildings in Salaheddin near the five-storey block are also on verge of collapse. According to UN satellite data, more than 35,000 structures in the city had destroyed.
The building collapsed incidents have clarified one thing that war damage building cannot be rebuilt. Several cities and their suburbs have destroyed in fighting between government, rebel groups, and the Islamic State (IS) group. The Syrian government, its ally Russia and the US-led coalition conducted thousands of air strikes.
The US assure to pay $300bn (£230bn) and $400bn cost to reconstruct Syria housing infrastructure. Meanwhile, the West has made a condition to see wide-ranging political reform in Damascus first and then will think about funding.
The Homs city, the Damascus suburbs of Daraya and eastern Ghouta also experienced widespread destruction. In these areas, the government forces besieged rebels and left them to agree on ceasefire deals.
