A lot of leaks about the Moto G7 were circling around lately and the score sheet at Geekbench presented here seems to disclose several specs of the Play model. It is telling us some features, including the old Snapdragon 625 chipset and this thing is not appearing good for the Plus-sized or the main versions.
In addition, some solid proof was there suggesting at Snapdragon 660 and Snapdragon 632 SoCs. It is supposed that the vanilla Moto G7 is going to go with the SD632, whereas the Plus variant is going to come with the more powerful SD660 on board. In case this thing comes to be true, then we have to see to the budget Play model here having 3GB of RAM and Snapdragon 625. Nevertheless, it is quite a good upgrade as compared to the previous year’s Moto G6 Play having the Snapdragon 430.
Still the entry level phone is supposed to be oddly powered by the Android 9.0 Pie out that is considered as a nice touch. The handset is scheduled to come out the coming month during an event in Brazil and then we will know further about it.
