Dadie Opanka
The popular musician, Armstrong Affum, referred to in the showbiz hovers as Dadie Opanka, trusts he has done what’s necessary to win the best rapper of the year grant in the current year’s release of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
He made this remark in response to reactions by an area of the music partners that he isn’t qualified for that lofty title. In a latest interview, the hiplife artiste made it unmistakable he has buckled sufficiently down and merits the rapper of the year grant this year.
He stated that:
‘I have been in music for quite a while and I always do my best to offer my fans with good rap music.’
Opanka, who discharged various hit and danceable singles in 2018, has been a toast of music adoring fans, considering his one of a kind rapping style.
He added that:
‘My focus is not necessarily about winning awards, but I feel I need to be recognized considering my contributions to the growth of the music industry, which lacks quality rappers.’
Opanka, who couldn’t make the waitlist for the 2018 best rapper grant, would be confident of picking up the most ideal rapper designation and win the honor this time round. Opanka’s latest single ‘Menzgold’ has increased gigantic airplay, as he proceeds with his exciting endeavors for music cherishing fans in Ghana and past.
