For all those people who run around too much credit and debit cards, remembering where you placed them can come out to be a bit difficult. Google Pay, for example, just displayed the company name and the last four digits of the card — before this time. Fortunately, finally Google Pay has added the ability to give nicknames to your cards.
Back in November, a teardown was seen that payment method nicknames appeared poised so as to make a comeback in that place. Seasoned users of the payment service by Google are going to remember that Android Pay enabled payment methods to be given some nicknames, while at some point that ability was disabled.
In order to set a nickname for a card, simply click on the card, and then scroll to the bottom, after that click ‘Add Nickname.’ A bad news is that this is just for cards; it is not going to apply to bank accounts. Just yet the functionality hasn’t been presented for all the people.
