Together with the upgrades made by Google, Android Pie update on the S9 further presents Samsung’s One UI, a fresh user experience that is targeted on making apps much easier to use on the bigger phones, along with rest of the improvements.
While this newest update has been offered on Samsung’s devices at a much faster rate as compared to the earlier versions of Android did, still the South Korean firm is very far behind the likes of OnePlus, Nokia and even HTC having its update timetable.
Samsung is gradually becoming faster at offering its Android updates. The owners of Galaxy S8 were forced to wait for seven months later than the original release of Oreo came out before it was offered for their devices, whereas Android Nougat took five months at any rate to be out for the Galaxy S7. Samsung has declared at its annual developer’s conference that it is supposed to present Pie in January 2019, which is the time we are supposed to wait for the complete international rollout of the latest software.
