Vodafone Ghana has started a care service for the customers who are unable to speak and hearing as well. Now the disabled persons will easily access the customer care services to resolve their problems.
The Corporate Communications Manager, Mr Daniel Asiedu, said at a News Conference in Accra that in 2017 more than 7000 videos calls had been made using the sign language with 300 customers its introduction to communicate with them.
Mr Daniel Asiedu explained that Vodafone had trained a huge number of staff in using the ‘sign language’ to communicate with its customers who needed such help. Mr Daniel Asiedu continued that the service was highly subsidized in data and SMS bundles for such specialized customers.
