Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu
The Special Prosecutor, Martin Alamisi Amidu, has said that the Special Prosecutor’s Office won’t arraign people in view of gossipy tidbits.
Talking at a service to introduce the representing leading body of the workplace on Thursday, the previous Attorney General and Minister of Justice under the past Mills organization stated, his outfit would just engage people who will report difficult issues of defilement.
He added that candidates would need to accumulate enough actualities to guarantee their issues are tested thoroughly.
Mr. Amidu expressed, “I know you can’t have assets to arraign everyone who carries out a wrongdoing, so you ensure you indict just the intense ones so it can deflect individuals from proceeding to carry out wrongdoing. Since you need to take a gander at the assets you are spending and after that alternate regions, so we will indict genuine defilement offenses.”
