State prosecutors have assembled 53 bits of implicating proof, including video, pictures against 14 people blamed for killing Major Maxwell Adam Mahama.
Subsequent to scrutinizing the confirmation, Magistrate Ebenezer Kweku Ansah who directed the case at an Accra District Court has submitted the 14 suspects to trial at the High Court.
The Bill of arraignment uncovers abundant proof including pellets, discharge cartridges, pictures from the wrongdoing scene, two firearms halfway copied shirt, a phone having a place with Major Maxwell Mahama, concrete squares, stick, metal bar, stones among others against the 14 people.
Boss State Attorney, Evelyn Keelson, said 13 of the 14 people have been recognized in a video recording which frames some portion of the 53 bits of confirmation introduced to the court.
JoyNews’ Joseph Ackah Blay who was in court Thursday, announced every one of the 14 were offered a chance to remark on all that had unfolded in court yet they all turned down the offer.

The trial at the High Court will start February 15, 2018.
The charged people are William Baah, the Assemblyman of Denkyira Obuasi, Bernard Asamoah assumed name Daddy, Kofi Nyarko otherwise known as Abortion, Akwasi Baah, Kwame Tuffour, Joseph Appiah Kubi, Micheal Anim and Bismarck Donkor.
Others are John Bosie, Akwasi Baah, Charles Kwaning, Emmanuel Badu, Bismarck Abanga and Kwadwo Anima
