The Overwatch base loot boxes by now feature a rather long list of cosmetic items across the roster for the players to actively grind time and time again. The players who have by now unlocked all or quite most of them should begin draining their timetables for the upcoming months as there is supposed to be more to play for.
Answering to the latest thread on the official forums just today, the game director Jeff Kaplan spoke to inactivity concerns by saying that there is lots of latest content on its way to the game.
Kaplan assured that not just there are some certainly breathtaking items coming for the upcoming events, early in the next year they will be adding so much latest items to the base loot box.
The skins that have the theme of Blizzard and that were displayed during BlizzCon 2017 previously in this month are perhaps part of this deal. Though, the freshly unveiled team uniforms for the Overwatch League are not supposed to be part of the mix. Those will probably stay exclusive to taking part esports teams.
Kaplan separately clarified that OWL Skins are a thing that is totally different. And that further information will be coming from the League in a short while.
By improving the base loot boxes, the players will have to unlock additional items apart from seasonal events. Talking about which, it is supposed that the developer may perhaps present a special wintry event for the approaching holidays.
The Overwatch League pre-season will start from December 6, after which the opening season will start from January 10. Blizzard may prove to be the one to mark the occasion with latest items for the community. It seems quite sensible for the reason that this is, in any case, a highly ambitious league that is targeting to take the esports industry to some very new levels. There would be something for the players to remember the days by.
