Police is searching for the murder that fatally shot two young men at Grambling State University.
Grambling State in northern Louisiana has an enrollment of around 5,200 students.
One victim named as Earl Andrews, aged 23 was a Grambling State University senior from Farmerville, Louisiana. Another target Monquiarius Caldwell, another 23-year-old man belongs from Farmerville. However, Caldwell was not a university student.
Stephen Williams, from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office informed that their dead bodies discovered in a courtyard between two dormitory buildings. The gunman fled from the scene after shooting them. Lincoln Parish Sheriff Mike Stone also illustrated,
“This tragic incident appears to have occurred between persons that knew each other, to some extent at least. There are no indicators that this incident bears any resemblance to any of the random acts of violence or domestic terrorism that have been experienced around our country in recent weeks.”
Preliminary information at the scene shows that the shooting followed a quarrel. It started inside the adjacent dormitories, Williams further said. Grambling State in northern Louisiana has an enrollment of around 5,200 students.
