Most of us feel difficulty in handling the stress levels of our hectic everyday schedules. Down and out, done and dusted with workload our mind starts suffocating and this leads to mental stress, depression, anxiety.
We need to look into the makeup of our body for our scars to heal and not swell and deepen to the worse.
Our mind is a collection of special cells called neurons.
We need these neurons as they perceive all the information from rest of our body and work accordingly.
Brain cells also communicate and pass signals to our body parts to perform tasks and, act and react in different situations.
It’s a huge task which nature has made it look easy.
Scientists have not been able to correctly explain the functioning of Brain.
It’s a gift of nature we need to take special care of.
While doing multi tasking in our everyday life, loading our brains with toxins of work, thinking, nostalgic memories…we need to spare it for some time and give it a rest.
Closing our eyes for a couple of minutes in a mode of total relax and point blank when in offices, schools or homes will save our minds health.
Allowing our mind to gather momentum after small intervals of rest and peace will relinquish our thoughts, spirits and performance.
