The debate over what number of state vehicles were in reality left by the Mahama-drove National Democratic Congress (NDC) organization before leaving office is re emerging.
This takes after the securing of a GPS beacon by the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) government to find every one of the vehicles that have fallen under the control of unapproved people.
Once the body number of the vehicle is gone into the GPS beacon, it can send authorities straight to the area where the vehicle is being kept.
The recent NDC government guaranteed that it deserted 641 vehicles, including cantina autos; however as indicated by Nana Oppong, just 173 vehicles had been authoritatively given over to him.
Curiously, he said the autos the NDC asserted it abandoned incorporate exactly 43 cantina autos they sold to authorities of the past government at incredible costs.
At present, he said his office is pursuing proprietors of 43 cantina autos that shouldn’t have been unloaded by the Mr Mahama’s organization in light of the fact that those autos were under two years of age as ordered by law and that a portion of the general population who procured them were not qualified for them
