Over 3000 South Sudanese have flee to the neighboring Uganda amidst army raid. Movement took place from the border town of Pajok leaving many refugees dead and injured.The government has refused to give any official verdict on the incident.
South Sudan is facing turmoil since its independence in 2011.This 6 year old country has faced natural calamities in form of droughts and famine dismantling thousands.
The ruling, People’s liberation movement, hasn’t been able to stabilize the political texture of the country. Sacking of Vice president resulted in civil war which is on its high at the moment with no apparent chances of betterment.Vice president was charged for conspiring against government and planning a military coup.
General public is the only victim as severe food crisis has brought the people to suffer and die of hunger. The civil war further aggravated the situation.Thousands are lying in the refugee camps raided every now and then by the government. People without food and shelter try seeking help from neighboring Uganda but the support is grim.
