The first case in German history Germany says it will deport 2 men born in the nation but whose parents are foreign.
The men, a twenty-seven-year-old Algerian and a twenty-two-year-old Nigerian, were detained last month on suspicion of planning a horror attack.
Some guns and flags of the Islamic state were also found at the house of the persons when police raid the house.
But the men have never been accused.
According to the police, they two men are dangerous and are planning for an attack in the country and the criminal proceedings establish against the suspects.
Lower Saxony Interior Minister Boris Pistorius said, discussions were previously under way with Algeria and Nigeria to facilitate this, and the 2 men would be subject to a life-long re-entry ban, preventing their return to Germany.
It was not instantly clear if the 2 men would appeal against the judgment.
Germany determines citizenship by the nationalities of one or both parents and also a person’s place of birth.
The nation has been on high alert since the Berlin Christmas market attack on 19 December, that left twelve people dead and dozens wounded.
