Nursing yourself on a hot beverage like hot coffee, tea or any other hot drink can be a great snack for you. Especially if you are on a weight control diet, drinking a hot drink after a meal is a great way to avoid the temptation of a dessert which many people experience after a meal.

Healthy snacks bars:
Even though most snack bars are unhealthy, it is possible to find one that is good and healthy. whenever buying one for yourself, make sure to get one that is minimally processed and has more healthy ingredients like nuts, dried fruits and oats etc. Also, check the label to see if it contains any added sugar. If it does, stay away from it.
