President elect Nana Akufo-Addo
The list of naming ministerial appointees has been delayed by the newly elected President Nana Akufo-Addo. These ministers will work with his government to his highest decision-making body of the party.
On Thursday, December 15, 2016, the list was expected to be submitted at the meeting by Nana Akufo-Addo to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Executive Committee (NEC) for review, but he couldn’t give the list.
Media revealed that another meeting has been arranged between Nana Akufo-Addo and the NEC.
Speculations are widespread who will work in an Akufo-Addo administration, and with many great experienced names to choose from, the president-elect is spoilt for selection.
Some names have already been dispersed in the media because the 1st batch of ministers who will shape the new Cabinet.
Nana Akufo-Addo said to the media after winning the elections, he looked for the potential that will serve his administration properly.
