According to the sources, dancehall music in Ghana has finished almost last couple of years seen performers like Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Jupiter and others creating some very entertaining songs which have been trending in our country Ghana and all over the world.
Speaking to the media on Thursday said that, Mentor wants coworker artistes to keep the passion of highlife alive.
Although, “Dancehall for example is a great genre but my concern is, it’s not for us and you can do it but not produce it your own.
Hence, “It is well but we should go back to where it came from because when Ghana is revealed everyone sees its highlife.
Meanwhile, “What I’m trying to say is that it is better but I believe we should go back to where we came from”.
