Dr. Michael Kpessah-Whyte, the Acting Director of the Ghana National Service Scheme says that National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) manifesto has driven 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections by the desire and the compassionate values to improve the welfare of all Ghanaians.
For the preparation of elections, the NDC has launched their manifesto on Saturday, 17 at a ceremony at the Sunyani Coronation Park.
On Tuesday, September 13, the content was highlighted by President John Dramani Mahama at an event at the State House in Accra before the launch of the manifesto.
This manifesto highlighted the list of achievements and promises of the NDC government in the past 4 years.
In this list, the establishment of 2 psychiatric hospitals and the creation of additional 5 regions to the 10 existing ones was promised.
Dr. Kpessah-Whyte, a failed NDC MP-aspirant for Shai Osudoku, after the launch of manifesto said: “NDC manifesto 2016 is shaped by compassionate values and our unyielding desire to improve the welfare of all Ghanaians.”
