Black Stars International, Quincy Owusu-Abeyie has penned a joined year contract with Eredivisie outfit following his successful trial.
The ex-Arsenal apprentice was without a club after his release from the Portuguese outfit, Boavista in February last year.
Since his release from Boavista, he has had trials with Iraqi outfit, Al Shorta SC where he failed to negotiate a contract and Eredivisie side, SC Cambuur where he failed the trial.
Quincy also had a trail with Dutch outfit, SC Heerenveen where he could not earn himself a contract.
But he has now officially signed a professional deal which will see him star for Nijmegen for the next year.
NEC Nijmegen finished on the 10th spot of league table last season.
