At the Out Patients Department of the facility, doctors have suspended healthcare services at the Tamale Teaching Hospital in the Northern region.
On Monday, after a meeting between the management of the hospital and doctors, the action was taken.
Due to the unpaid fuel allowances of the doctors, it comes after extended stalemate between the management and the irate doctors.
Media say that the meeting ended incompletely between the parties to resolve the problems.
Many patients had been trapped in the facility due to the actions.
In media exchanges over the fuel allowances, doctors of the Teaching Hospital and the management have been concerned.
The doctors said that no money has been paid into their accounts while the management of the Teaching Hospital claims that the money has been paid.
