A latest study has revealed a rising form of child marriage in which immature boys in fishing communities are being married off to make sure they remain in the region.
The study is conducted by the NGO Coalition of the Right of the Child found that the boys who have been trafficked to these communities are married off not only as a doucement, but also to make sure time without end of labor.
The research about there also reveals that the child marriages accounted for a quarter of all human rights abuses in the country.
According to the researchers, who research these practices are slowly taking a national dimension.
Talking to the media the National Coordinator of the Coalition on the right of the child Barima Amankwah said that the move is future to make that the all boys sober in order to keep them in the communities.
The plan is to trap them and to make them more sober. Because once time you are married you begin to think about your family and the tendency to run away is minimized. The perpetrators also trust to keep the children of these youthful boys in the same unjust trade and abuse, he said.
