The second edition of Freedom Concert that took place at Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Saturday ended on Sunday at Accra at the Labadi beach.
The organizers of the show had few technical issues with sounds and lights before the beginning of the show.
At last the show started at 10: 30pm and ended at 3:20am. The Labadi beach was over crowded as fans observed amazing performances from, Shatta Wale, Praye, Samini, Tic Tac, Assase Aban, Kwaw, Lil Win, Obrafour and many other musicians.
First musicians on the bill were Assase Aban, as they delighted their fans with their great music, when the fans heard their latest single titled ‘Red’ which featured Gasmilla they started grooving to the melody.
Ghana Rap sofo Obrafour stepped on the stage with white shirt and brown cool army print trouser with his Reeboks as he amazed fans with his brand new trending singles; Nkontompo and many more, also chance was given to fans to perform on his hit song Kaseibo which featured Guru and fans did a great job.
On the night, Kwaw Kese gave his level best energy to fans as he came to the stage with his exclusive dance tutorial christened Abodam dance which made him throw his hands back with his body groove dance.
Lil win, gave a 45 minutes of energetic performance with best chorography with his dancers as they excited fans and also shared money to the fans.
Samini with his patch bay band gave bona fide performance as fans who demanded him to leave the stage finally enjoyed his performance with his affluent music and back to back hit smash.
Tic Tac stepped on stage along with Twoo Thoozin as they pleased fans with acrobat skills.
The man who had fans came all the way from their homes finally got to see the dancehall king, the Mahama paper hit maker Shatta Wale, as he astonished the crowd.
Shatta gave performance after gracing a lot of shows over the weekend, which made him exhausted.
As stated by him, “I have performed on stage and I have a show to perform at the Volta since you fans can sing my songs I think I need a fan to represent me at Volta Region, he lightheartedly said”.
