Head of Property Management, Broll Ghana Limited Accra, Mr Tony Sekyere, has cited the oil and gas boom in Ghana as one of the main reasons for the extensive high rising office complexes springing up in Accra.
Broll Ghana Limited, a facility management has said the oil and gas discovery had not only increased the number of businesses in the country, but also the desire for corporate units to have decent offices from where they would operate, which would assist their comfort as well as their clients.
He noted while addressing the press after a tour of some of the facilities managed by Broll Ghana Limited, that Broll Ghana since its start in Ghana in 2006, had made the provision of quality services their trademark for its clients.
The facilities which were visited by the media as part of the tour were the Accra Financial Centre located at the Ministries, the Achimota Retail Centre and the Nester Square at Airport City,.
Mr Sekyere said the 3 facilities were some of the new buildings which Broll had been contracted to manage in 2015.
He said Broll Ghana, which is owned jointly by Broll Group of South Africa, SSNIT and SIC, manages properties in the excess of $100 million with most of them located in Accra.
Mr Sekyere stated the Achimota Retail Centre, the A and C Shopping Mall, West Hills Mall, the Accra Mall, as some of the big malls in the country being managed by Broll Ghana.
