Agyekum Kufuor to speak to Kenyan governors
John Agyekum Kufuor, has left the Accra for the Naivasha the Kenyan Resort City for 5 day visit in which he will speak to the second governors as the main speaker.
Spokesperson, Mr. Frank Agyekum signed a statement in which he said that the former president will speak on governance through inclusivity, in the conference to be attended by all forty seven governors in Kenya.
His speech will focus on the good governance, leadership and management of national resources and relationship between country administration and central government.
The Summit is a proposal of the Nation Media Group (NMG) that is the largest media house in the Central and Eastern Africa to help make stronger governance in Kenya.
In 2013 Kenya adopted the delegate country government system that has created the necessity for new thinking and dialogue around government in terms of public participation and service deliverance.
The invitation to the former president is to help strengthen this process in viewing of his achievement of leadership that are recognized globally that bring political and economic development in Ghana, according to the invitation.
Then Chairman of the African Union, Kufuor played a vital role in resolving violence that exploded in Kenya after the general elections of 2008, in which fifteen people died and almost 500,000 misplaced.
Former President might be come back home on 28th March.
