What is the one biggest reason people avoid sitting with anyone? Yes bad breath that makes everyone hard to breathe around you and at the same time makes you embarrassed as hell. People suffering from bad breath at many times suffer from complexes, get anti-social and lose their confidence. But what is bad breath and how can you avoid it.
More than 30% of people suffer from bad breath around the world. It is categorized by a fowl disorder while breathing, talking, sneezing or coughing. But what actually happens when anyone is suffering from bad breath?
Actually there are anaerobic bacteria in your mouth beneath your tongue, that aid the process of digestion, they turn protein in your food into amino acids, those anaerobic bacteria which feed on these protein excrete sulfur products that cause bad breath. This condition is also called halitosis. 90% of the bad breath cases are due to the presence of these bacteria beneath your tongue, throat or tonsils.
However in some cases bad breath cases are also caused by some disease state like diabetes, any respiratory disorders, kidney disease, liver disease etc. Sometimes taking medications are also responsible for halitosis.
Medicines like anti-depressants and hypertension medications make your mouth dry which resultantly cause bad breath. Here are few tips to avoid bad breath:
Things that you will need: green cardamoms, clove pods, phenol seeds, whole dried coriander seeds, dried mint quantities you will need: All ingredients will be needed in 6 to 7 in number what to do: roast all the mentioned ingredients .in a pan, and add to a mortar and pestle and grind them. Add to an air tight container, and take a pinch after you eat anything or simply before you go out.
Just take care of oral hygiene, brush your teeth a lot. Halitosis is curable, with care and little consistency you can fight it, follow the tips told above and breathe fresh, hope it helps.
