Kwasi Okoh, Proper Manufacturing Sector is Necessary
Ghana’s economic sector would not develop, if we do not change our manufacturing sector because this sector will marginalize, Kwasi Okoh, the Managing director of Aluworks said.
According to Kwasi Okoh manufacturing is the most important thing for the economic development of our country. So he said we must learn the need of manufacturing importance in this country.
Because of manufacturing we can get more jobs opportunities, through manufacturing you can get taxes and manufacturing assure that you can add quality and value in everything that we import or even export.
In his interview, Okoh said manufacturing and producing sector is very necessary for our businesses. He added we do not consider that our country’s situations are base on this like laissez faire and free economy.
Businessmen mostly do not have any idea that how much manufacturing sector is necessary to create a good economic structure.
The Aluworks boss told, that if we want to develop our economy which is the main idea for the new budget. Then we should realize the need of manufacturing.
That is the markable thing, but our businessmen and economic policies makers do not consider the power of proper manufacturing sectors.
